Chase De Vere Mortgage Management is the trading name of Chase De Vere Financial Limited, a privately held company offering completely independent and impartial advice in the mortgage market.

We are fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as fully independent mortgage advisers and as such we give unbiased advice on the whole of the UK residential mortgage market (the FSA does not regulate buy-to-let mortgages).

Since 1982 we have developed a reputation for providing high quality mortgage advice and a personal, discreet service for people moving home, raising funds on an existing property or buying property for investment. In 2004 we arranged mortgage funding of £1billion for our clients, giving us exceptional buying power with lenders.

Service

Over the years we have helped people from all walks of life, from directors of FTSE 100 companies, well-known actors, musicians and sports people, High Court Judges, members of the House of Lords, MPs, foreign dignitaries, through to people purchasing their former council properties or those with poor credit records.

We operate principally in the area of residential housing, although we also arrange mortgages for the purchase and refinancing of commercial properties.

During the last 23 years, we have seen the market change tremendously. We have arranged financing when rates were as low as 3.00% for a 2-year discounted rate mortgage, to when they were as high as 17% for variable rate mortgages. Our team of Account Managers have worked in the financial services arena for many years and many have worked with Chase De Vere for over 10 years. As such the depth and breadth of our knowledge and experience is second to none.

We know how valuable your time is, and will work around you and your schedule, however tight or demanding. Even when your personal Account Manager is not available on the telephone, our Administration Team and other Account Managers will always be available to speak with you and answer any questions that you might have.

We receive many of our enquiries from the publicity we receive in the national press because we are constantly quoted in the country's leading personal finance sections as a source of expertise and advice on the mortgage and property markets.

We also receive a good deal of business from Accountants, Estate Agents, Independent Financial Advisers, Solicitors, Tax Advisers and Wealth Managers.

However, our biggest source of business - and best measure of our success - is the wealth of referrals from existing, satisfied customers who recommend our service to their friends, family and business associates. For every one customer that comes to us we typically receive a further four referrals as they recommend our services to others in need of mortgage advice. You also have the assurance that we are members of the Financial Ombudsman Scheme who can arbitrate on any complaints that you might have, however unlikely that might be.
