Exclusive products launched

Chase De Vere has secured access to a range of exclusive mortgage products available for loans between £500,000 and £5,000,000. The new range includes both fixed and tracker deals that allow you to ‘mix and match’ rates. Selected products are penalty free so you can repay the loan at any time without any extra cost.

Abbey have also launched a range of exclusive products considerably cheaper than their standard deals, these are available to a maximum of £550,000. They offer three or five year fixed rates that have a free property valuation and legal service if you’re remortgaging. Abbey also made available an extremely competitive tracker rate with a decent £999 arrangement fee. They will pay your legal and valuation costs if you’re remortgaging.
